11:30am Children’s Vegetable Carving – with New England Culinary Institute.

11:30am Re-Bop Records Live! - hear an all-ages pleasin’, tummy-teasin’ show featuring the high-energy music of The Re-Bops.

12:30pm “Let’s Get Growing” Program – An all-about-seeds-and-such Workshop with Lamoille County Nature Center’s Carrie Riker. Take home your own potted seed compliments of Evergreen Gardens.

1:30pm “From Moo to You” Program – Learn how a cow changes grass into milk which can turn into ice cream with Lamoille County Nature Center’s Carrie Riker and Vermontica, Vermont State’s “Spokescalf.” With Ben & Jerry’s ice cream samples – yum!

2:30pm Interactive “Cooking” with New England Culinary Institute – decorate and eat tea cookies.
